HLL Annual General Membership Meeting

HLL Members and Families,

The Fall season is almost halfway done! That means that it's time to start talking about Spring!! Huguenot Little League will hold its annual General Membership Meeting on Thursday, November 14th at 7:00pm at the Walton Park Recreation Center (530 Walton Park Road, Midlothian, VA 23114).  All members of HLL are welcome and encouraged to attend.  HLL is a volunteer-run organization and needs to fill important positions to operate the league.

At this meeting we will:
Review the 2018-2019 season and league standing
Discuss the objectives for the upcoming year
Establish the General Membership
Elect a Board of Directors

Members can volunteer to become a General Member as well as a Board Member at the meeting or prior to the meeting by completing our HLL General and Board Membership Form. At the meeting, the General Membership and Board of Directors will be established and voted on by the new General Members. The Board of Directors will vote Board Members into roles for the coming year and they will execute the objectives defined by the General Membership and in accordance with the HLL Constitution. 

Huguenot Little League is a volunteer organization and requires support from it's Baseball and Softball community. We hope that you can find time to join us on Thursday, November 14th. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
