Huguenot Little League’s Annual Membership Meeting will be held on September 14, 2023 at 7:00 PM ET. We are still determining if the meeting will be virtual, in person, or hybrid and will communicate additional details this week.
An Annual Meeting of the Members is required to take place each year according to the local league’s constitution and will cover the following objectives
- Review of the condition of Huguenot Little League
- Financial report for the league
- Review of membership
- Review the league’s constitution and bylaws and revise if needed
- Election for members of the board of directors
