HLL uses a variety of technologies to make being a coach easier.  Visit the links below to learn more and to get help with some common problems.

Slack

Slack is a unique messaging platform that allows groups to communicate and collaborate instantly and effectively.  Conversations are organized into channels and you choose the channels you subscribe to and the level of notifications you receive.  It is available on your desktop and as a mobile app on both Apple and Android platforms.

Coaches at HLL use Slack to communicate on field conditions, schedule scrimmages and make up games, and share tips on drills and skill development.  Our head umpire is on the platform and available to answer questions on rules interpretations.  You can direct message other users as well.  All conversations are saved and searchable so you can find the answers to previous questions quickly.
