Today is Dec 15th 2023. We fully expect, but can't say with 100% certainty at this time, that the District tournaments will mirror the tournament cycle of the last two years. That means leagues will be announcing (provided your players and teams meet the criteria) your all-star teams on or about June 1. Tournament games will start on or about June 15th and conclude around the end of June (weather permitting). Some of the state tournaments will likely start the first week of July with others starting around the second week or mid-July.
We are waiting on LLI to announce the World Series dates. That typically happens around this time of year. After that happens, the regions announce their respective regional tournament dates and then tell the state associations when they can start their state tournaments and begin their district tournaments. I can't provide any more specificity until those dates are released.
But, as I said, your parents, today, can plan for the district tournament to be held around the dates I've stated above. When then EXACT dates are finalized, we will post them on the websites for D5 and the State. SE Region will post on their website also and LLI will post World Series dates on their websites.
