We do our best when it comes to making decisions on weather but at times this means we end up at the field and unable to play, but we’ll try to update the website by 4pm when weather is an issue.

Detailed information about our weather policy is posted on our website but here are some quick important bullet points

•  We make every effort to get games in so at times that means delays and late decisions
•  Manager and coaches always have the ability to make decision for practices and games if safety concerns
•  We work on our fields so the county hotline does not represent the Robious Complex, please use our website
•  Lightning strikes are required 30 minute delay and everyone must go to cars
•  We do have a policy on high and low temperatures but you always have the option to make your own decisions for your players' participation in HLL events.

Decisions around the weather and cancellations are generally updated in the system and broadcasted to all teams impacted but managers should be communicated weather related impacts with the team.
